Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days and is free on orders over £50. Express Shipping (1–2 business days) is £7.99. Next Day Delivery is £9.99 on orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Yes — free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard shipping is £3.99. We believe luxury should extend to the delivery experience, which is why all orders ship in premium packaging regardless of order value.
Yes. We ship to Europe (5–10 days), USA & Canada (7–14 days), and selected Rest of World destinations (10–21 days). Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. We ship with tracked services on all international orders.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. Use this number on the carrier's website (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping option). If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, first check your tracking link. If tracking shows no update for more than 5 business days, contact us at Contact@yourluxe.shop and we will investigate with the carrier immediately. We take delivery seriously — if your order is confirmed lost, we will resend or fully refund you without hesitation.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery — extended beyond the statutory 14-day UK Consumer Contracts Regulations right. Items must be returned unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags intact. Email returns@yourluxe.shop with your order number to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a free prepaid return label at no cost to you. We always cover return costs when the fault is on our side.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days depending on your card provider.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. We will arrange a free prepaid return label and resolve your issue as a priority — no questions asked.
