1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cancellation right.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at contact@yourluxe.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Our Extended Returns Window

We offer an extended 30-day returns window from the date of delivery, giving you extra peace of mind. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact.

3. How to Return

  • Email returns@yourluxe.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging
  • Ship the return to the address provided — we recommend using a tracked service
  • Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window (unless faulty)

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@yourluxe.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
