Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number where applicable.
During peak periods (sale events, new launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
2. UK Shipping
We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): Free
- Express Shipping (5–8 business days): $25
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. YourLuxe® is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. YourLuxe® has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@yourluxe.com.
5. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
6. Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours and any safe locations first. Contact us at contact@yourluxe.shop within 7 to 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for parcels that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
7. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. YourLuxe® is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at contact@yourluxe.shop — we can only amend addresses before dispatch.
