UK Standard Shipping is free on all orders and takes 7–14 business days. Express Shipping (4–8 days) is $24.99. All orders dispatched within 1–3 business days with full tracking. International shipping available worldwide — Europe 7–14 days, USA and Canada 7–14 days.

We offer a 30-day returns window from delivery — beyond the statutory 14-day UK Consumer Contracts Regulations right. Items must be returned unused in original packaging. Faulty or incorrect items get a free prepaid return label. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Contact returns@yourluxe.shop with your order number to begin.

Leather — wipe with a damp microfibre cloth, condition every 2–3 months, store away from sunlight. Silk and satin — hand wash in cool water or dry clean, lay flat to dry, iron on lowest setting with a protective cloth. Jewellery — store in a dry pouch away from perfumes and chemicals, remove before swimming. A full care card is included with every YourLuxe® order.
